We Rent
"We Rent" terms and conditions:
1. pick up and return device, item and technology within day; pay on full-amount on pickup
2. return at 5pm if picked up at 9am but after 8hrs or within and not after 8hrs otherwise a US$25 penalty fee applies and this payable on the spot. Late device, item and technology returns constitute use of the device, item and technology within a new 8hr business cycle.
3. Late device, item and technology pickup/collection occurring within the booked 8hr business cycle will not attract a US$25 late pickup/collection penalty fee. Once the booked or scheduled 8hr business cycle interval has lapsed client will have to book or schedule another rental and pay US$25.
3. Clients are to sign a device/item/technology pickup/collection and return/drop-off register.
4. A DesignEM Private Business Corporation and Trend Analysis Private Business Corporation invoice will be provided for each device, item and technology rented out and returned into our corporations storage and care. This is to be done each time a device, item and/or technology is rented out and returned into the storage and care of its owners and maintainers, DesignEM Private Business Corporation and Trend Analysis Private Business Corporation and any of our strategic business partners.
5. A "Rent-to-Purchase-As You Use" Plan will apply to help clients access devices, items and technologies as they earn to purchase their own with points and credit-advantages applying to clients who prove to be using the rented devices, items and/or technologies to develop, to innovate, to improve livelihoods, communities, cities, nation and so on.
6. The "We Rent" Devices, Items and Technologies Register will request that all clients document the following: purpose for renting device, item, and/or technology; what they generated or created or used the device for or to accomplish within the 8hr rental interval (images to be submitted as evidence of good use of rental device, item and/or technology); report and pay for any and all device, item and/or technology repairs and maintenance works; projects and products managed, implemented and produced using the "We Rent" devices, items, and technologies; to contribute three images of their use and interaction with our rental devices, items, and/or technologies; agree and grant formal consent and/or disagree to having their identifying materials published with us to promote their creative works on the Online/Web accessible "We Rent" Database.
7. "We Rent" clients will consent to receiving advice and directions on industrial technology protections and participation in other DesignEM Private Business Corporation and Trend Analysis Business Corporation events and programs. This advisory support will apply at cost and is only accessible upon full payment of the "We Rent" device, item, and/or technology rental fee.
Clients are requested to provide identifying information's as: Name of Individual Client; Name of Business/Organization; Business Certification of Incorporation Number If available; Business Address;
8. Individual Address; Phone/Mobile contact number; Email Address(es) and Worksite Address.
9. A signature is to be appended, dated and stamped in the "We Rent-Devices, Items and Technologies Register".
